Laura and Heath should have played Lotto on their wedding day because this couple has MAJOR LUCK!!!

Not only did it rain every weekend before this wedding, BUT, it rained every single weekend after this wedding.  I met Laura and Heath one year prior to their wedding and they truly wanted an Organic and Natural feel throughout the entire day.  I LOVED this wedding.  Clear Blue skies and Golden Sunshine – nothing beats a beautiful day in Miami Beach!  Family and friends came from all over to celebrate with Laura and Heath.  Xquisite Events did an amazing job converting the ceremony space to the dancing space after the guests dined on back to back courses.  Guests lit their Sparklers and lined the way for the entry of the bride and Groom.  Everything about this wedding was PERFECTION!!!
Stephan Maloman did an amazing job capturing the warmth of the day. Check out their blog for more lovely images http://malomanblog.com/  Other special shout out’s to John Buick of Xquisite Events , Andrew King from Luv Rox Films ,  Susan Wesselhoft from Acqualina and DJ Slim from Rock With You

It’s one thing to tell a couple, “we need to move your cocktail hour inside due to rain” BUT, it’s a whole other thing when you need to tell a couple,  ”we need to move your entire wedding inside due to rain”  We even had to skip the amazing firework show we had planned!  HOWEVER, let me say this, JANNELLE AND CHRISTOPHER HANDLED THIS NEWS LIKE ROCK-STARS!  It really is a huge waste of energy to get upset over things that are out of our control, and as you can see from these photos, the rain and wind did not stop ANYONE from having the time of their life.  With some quick thinking between myself and Susan from The Acqualina, we made it rain rays of happiness and good times for this amazing NYC couple.   Thank you so much to Cengiz from Adagion Studios for these amazing photographs, AND Susan Wesselhoft from the beautiful Acqualina Resort and Spa, AND how can I forget BIG WILL from POWER PARTIES who was a MASTER behind the wheels of steel!    Stormy Weather did not stop these 2 lovebirds from making lemonade out of lemons.  LOVE YOU GUYS! and thank you for allowing SARA RENEE EVENTS to be part of the MAGIC!

Hollie and Grant chose colors for their wedding that I don’t see often enough.  Let me just say, I LOVED the color combo.  Thanks to Jose Graterol Hollie’s love for Yellow and Orange was finally incorporated into a Black Tie Evening event, elegant enough for The Ritz Carlton.  When people think of Yellow and Orange, they think of afternoon events, WELL NOT ANYMORE!!  The Libido band did the most outstanding job (as always) The Ritz Carlton Fort Lauderdale  provided the most perfect setting and a great big shout out to Roy Llera for these amazing and most beautiful images!  This wedding ended with a PACKED dance floor and even I was dragged onto it for the last song.  Hollie and Grant were a happy, laid back couple to work with and I wish them all the happiness in the world.

Mad crazy love. Why? The amazing images from Sharon Eliasi to start. Sharon just has a way of capturing events that is so intimate and personal, and he makes sure to show off all of the amazing details! There’s also the absolutely gorgeous venue, South Beach’s amazing Ritz Carlton, and last but not least? The elegant and beautiful color palette of silvers, pinks, and lavenders, a classic choice brought to life by Jen Cohen of Xquisite Events. It’s all quite simply perfect, and lets face it, the bride and groom ain’t so bad themselves!

Hello Friends,

It’s not often one gets a bride who has not a worry in the world about jumping in the ocean before she makes her entrance into the ballroom.   Amelie and Yannic’s wedding is exactly the type of celebration that I love to see.  The couple focused on the BIG PICTURE which was the fact that they were getting married and their happiness was contagious.  Amelie and I met for the first time the week of her wedding.  We planned her whole wedding via email.  It was one year of planning and a hugely successful outcome for all.  Amelie’s care free spirit transpired into one of my most favorite weddings ever.  It was natural and organic and pure BLISS!   I am absolutely swooning over this beautiful couple and their beautiful wedding!

I know, I know

I’m Totally delinquent on many things, including, but not limited to updating my website, BLOGGING, reviewing all our photos from our 4 week vacation, cleaning out my computer, re-doing wedding paper-work for the 2012 season, building a buddha garden in our yard, etc.  It’s been just one month off, and I can’t believe how fast time has flown. We have returned from our 4 week holiday and I am refreshed and ready for some WEDDINGS. I promise to be back blogging real soon and my whole “SUMMER TO DO LIST” will be complete (who cares if it’s done next summer) It will for sure all get done! Glad to be back and HAPPY END OF SUMMER!

There is nothing more incredible then having a true moment of bliss for my clients.    Well I had one!
So, here I am at the Bar Mitzvah of Max Wolf and there came a moment, when I watched the packed dance floor while Robin S’s “Show Me Love was booming out of the speakers, where I realized what an amazingly happy and successful event this was.

I believe that you are only as triumphant as the people you surround your self with.  That being said, I can’t take full credit for pulling this off on my own.  I have to give props to Max’s mother and father.  Meeting with them was like meeting with myself!  They envisioned this event EXACTLY how I would have planned an event for my own child.  Amazing lighting, amazing music, amazing food, no formalities, and KICK A_ _ FUN!

This included a “Glow in the Dark” cocktail hour, internationally renowned specialty vendors, LCD Panel Screens, a “manned and screened”  optical laser that guests could text their messages to and it would appear on the wall, and of course, hand picked (by yours truly) Soul Train Videos and Kung Fu movies as background eye candy..

This event was the coolest of the cool and I was proud to execute it for the Wolf Family

Let me also throw a major shout out to Karen Cohen from Always Flowers.  This event had so many components to it.
It took one year of coordination, floor plans, and design concepts to finally come up with the final result.   Karen worked so closely with the amazing Steve Oconnor from Frost Lighting to design the most beautifully lit room I have seen thus far!  Also, Jody Rambarran from The Four Seasons Hotel, her game was ON! not one detail was missed and TRUST ME, there were many!   I can’t forget Andrew King from King Me Productions for making a fully animated killer grand entrance with Max’s own voice!  Click here to watch!  Also,  Jeff Gold from Platinum Gold and his amazing crew!  He truly customized his services to meet my clients wants and needs.  We had many unusual requests, and like a TRUE PRO, he happily obliged!  Last but not least is Steve Oconnor from Frost Lighting.  This event was a season highlight for me in all aspects.

Job well done MAX and thank you for my amazing team of vendors to help make it all possible!
(Sorry for all the photos, but there were so many amazing Patty Daniel’s photos to choose from, I did not know which to pick)

Whether you’re hot with ROYAL WEDDING FEVER, or you’re royally sick of hearing about it, there is no denying that William and Kate’s wedding will go down in history.  However, this past February I had the pleasure of coordinating my very own soon-to-be-historic wedding, which included an 11 foot tall wedding cake! The wedding of Lisa Marie and Reinaldo!  Their wedding was definitely a mini royal wedding!  Lisa Marie and Reinaldo celebrated their wedding at The Ritz Carlton, Manalapn.

Every detail of this wedding was  elegantly executed, from the Olivia Riegel place card frames to a miniature take home version of their wedding cake.  Lisa Marie and Reinaldo celebrated into the wee hours of the morning bringing together the perfect balance from her Italian family and his Venezuelan heritage.

One highlight for me was the massive Confetti Canon’s during the AMAZING HORA LOCA!  It rained sparkles and colors what seemed for hours (of course I spent the night apologizing to the Ritz Carlton for the mess on their ballroom floor, but was it worth it!!)

The team of fabulous South Florida vendors and I worked tirelessly on this one to create a magical wedding for the now Mr and Mrs.  A hearty royal congratulations to Lisa Marie and Reinaldo and big thanks for being such an amazing couple to work with :)

Morgan and Harry were married at the Beautiful Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach.  With a pair of Christian Louboutin Red Snake Skin Shoes and her hair in the most perfect Ponytail EVER, Miss Morgan was ready to get down that aisle and get marry her man! When I first met Morgan one year ago, she had two wishes for me

Wish #1 Lucite Chairs

Wish #2 Phalaenopsis Orchids

Morgan and Harry had all their wishes come true at their wedding soirée and all of it speaks true to the bride and groom who wanted to have a day that reflected their fun-loving personalities!

With the help of Kym Bichon of  The Breakers,  Richard Grille of The Breakers Design Studio,

Ray Roman Films, and these amazing photos  taken by Nancy Cohn of Nancy Cohn Photography, we think they pulled it off…
